We are pleased to announce that Carbonova has been selected to participate in the internationally recognized Carbon to Value Initiative (C2V Initiative) accelerator program. After a rigorous and highly competitive selection process, 8 startup companies were selected among nearly 100 global applicants.
This program is a multi-year collaboration between major players in the Carbontech value chain, including industries, government policymakers, NGOs, and top-ranked deep tech startup companies. It establishes an ecosystem for fast deployment and commercialization of technologies that capture and convert carbon dioxide (CO₂) into valuable end products or services. According to a report done by Carbon 180, carbontech market could reach $1 trillion in the United States and almost $6 trillion globally (https://static1.squarespace.com/static/5b9362d89d5abb8c51d474f8/t/619d4daeb3c7d55c494b8ea3/1637698990732/ccr04.executivesummary.FNL.pdf)
The second cohort is championed by Fluor, an internationally recognized EPC contractor and supported by the New York University Energy Research and Development Authority, and creates a unique mentorship opportunity over six months for Carbonova to derisk its go-to-market strategy and validate its technology commercialization plan.
