Mina is co founder, co inventor and CEO of Carbonova She has a master degree in Materials science engineering from Sharif university and Ph D in chemical engineering from University of Calgary. Mina has won over $400,000 CAD awards and scholarship over the last 5 years for her academic records and entrepreneurship success She has proven records of leadership as executive director in non for profit organization before founding Carbonova

Pedro Pereira Almao is a world renowned heavy oil researcher, expert in catalysts and adsorbents design/manufacturing, catalytic and adsorptive processes development. He is an experienced and creative professor, researcher and inventor with a demonstrated history of
working in higher education, in the oil industry and in technology development.

Ms. Riddell Rose is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Perpetual and predecessor Paramount Energy
Trust since inception in 2002. Prior thereto she was the Chief Operating Officer for Paramount Resources Ltd. and prior thereto a geological engineer with Shell Canada Limited. Ms. Riddell Rose graduated from Queen's University at Kingston, Ontario in 1986 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Geological Engineering. She is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers.

Robert (Bob) is partner at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, Bob has extensive experience in the areas of
corporate, securities, oil and gas and general commercial matters. His practice is transactional in nature in spanning public company, private company and mega project transactions and including
corporate mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, purchase and sale of assets and shares, corporate restructurings, together with all associated contract negotiations and preparation.
